Basic Job Functions:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant machinery and equipment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Problem Analysis and Resolution: Analyze machinery and equipment issues, disassemble, replace or repair parts, and reassemble for optimal functionality.
Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to assigned helpers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
