**Responsibilities for a Maintenance Admin include but are not limited to:**
+ Take photos of production assets, including valves, pumps, sensors, and other equipment, to build and maintain a reference library.
+ Accurately enter and update asset information within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
+ Update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and maintain equipment documentation.
+ Collaborate with maintenance technicians to gather feedback and improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs.
