Everest Collegiate High School & Academy is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Maintenance Technician

Essential Job Functions:
Maintenance personnel are responsible for the maintenance, repair and safety of all school facilities. This includes buildings, grounds, equipment and event set-up as required. The maintenance team must ensure the highest standard of care through facility cleanliness, preventative maintenance and multidepartment cooperation.

Responsibilities:
• Perform minor/major repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, grounds and carpentry.
• Operate snow removal equipment such as pick-up trucks with plow, tractors with plow and snow blowers (must be available before and after school hours when required).
• Operate and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools, buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, pressure washers, buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops and squeegees for the cleaning and g...
