In this role, you will help ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment through preventative maintenance, skilled repairs, and unit preparation.
The Maintenance Technician independently performs maintenance tasks while collaborating with property management and maintenance leadership.
Success in this role requires strong technical troubleshooting ability, prioritization skills, attention to safety, and effective communication.
Properties: Villas at Pleasant Avenue, Villas at Pleasant Avenue II, Pillsbury Ridge Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Full-Time, 40 hours/week), plus participation in after-hours on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies.
