We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to support a highly automated distribution facility by maintaining and repairing advanced equipment. This role is focused on troubleshooting and improving the performance of industrial systems in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform **maintenance and repair** on industrial and automated equipment
+ Troubleshoot **mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems**
+ Maintain and repair **motors, conveyors, and material handling systems**
+ Read and interpret **blueprints and schematics**
+ Complete **preventive and corrective maintenance** tasks
+ Diagnose issues and minimize downtime
+ Document repairs and maintenance activities
+ Follow all safety standards and procedures
