Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager and team with day‑to‑day maintenance requirements of all hotel plant and equipment, as well as general upkeep of the rooms.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and safety for grounds and rooms.
• Complete daily rounds and promptly respond to and resolve maintenance requests.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Accor WHS standards.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of all equipment.
• Ensure compliance with external contractor management processes.
• Complete tasks within required timeframes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role.
