MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN A

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing both breakdown and routine preventative maintenance on production machinery. This includes troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and quality-related issues.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

• Perform all duties required to maintain production and support equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency.


• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues on machinery using blueprints, equipment manuals, internet resources, and an advanced skill set in most of the following areas: pneumatics, PLCs, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems, including high voltage (480V), 24V, and 120V controls.
