Maintenance Technician (35 To 41 An Hour)

**Maintenance Technician - 36-41/hr - Direct Placement**

**Responsibilities**

+ Overhaul, repair, and test high-speed production equipment, including ovens, packaging machines, mixers, cartoners, baggers, stuffers, and related machinery throughout the facility.
+ Read, interpret, use, and update shop prints, technical drawings, and equipment specifications to support maintenance and repair activities.
+ Refer to and apply information from manufacturers’ manuals for servicing, troubleshooting, and installing equipment and distribution systems.
+ Determine manpower, materials, tools, and methods required to complete assigned maintenance and repair work efficiently and safely.
+ Recommend changes to equipment, processes, or methods to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.
+ Prepare, paint, and refinish surfaces as needed, and maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
