**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

The Maintenance Technician troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs a wide range of production equipment, with a focus on injection molding machines, presses, CNC and manual machines, and EDM equipment. Working under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, this role is approximately 60% mechanical and 40% electrical, supporting both patterns and tooling departments to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all machinery.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot and repair machines in the patterns department, including injection molding machines and presses.
+ Troubleshoot and repair machines in the tooling department, including CNC equipment, manual machines, and EDM machines.
+ Disassemble machines and remove parts for replacement or repair using cranes, hoists, chain falls, hand tools, and jacks.
