**Job Description:**
The Maintenance Worker III – General is a position in the Facilities Management department. The position focuses on general maintenance and the caregiver may be assigned to work in a variety of areas of focus.
The Maintenance Worker III – General is able to work autonomously and with minimal supervision. They thoroughly understand safe work practices in a healthcare setting and can lead individuals or teams in accomplishing complex and difficult tasks.
**Schedule: Full-time/benefits**
**Thursday-Friday 1130am-10pm**
**Saturday-Sunday 8am-630pm**
*** highly prefer someone who can paint, patch, and do electrical, plumbing, hvac and carpentry***
