Standard Duties as a Maintenance Team Leader:
+ Own the departmental area (Safety, 5S, Machine Availability, PM’s, etc).
+ Learn and utilize Gensuite to upload, track and follow up on safety incidents (be familiar with the Safety policies). Execute and follow up on the safety IIR root cause analysis process.
+ Understand core team’s KPI’s and what drives these results. Communicate and help solve actions around these KPI’s and how they can be improved.
+ Complete and support training for all new hires/transfers in the department area
+ Complete hand off’s (review current and pending work) with other maintenance team leaders during shift change.
+ Verify Dispatch data is accurate/current by end of shift.
