About the Role
To provide specialist professional repair & maintenance expertise and guidance around complex matters by utilising qualified surveying expertise and minimising the Council’s liability.
To ensure the repairing obligations to residents are delivered within the terms of its tenancy agreements, leases and statutory obligations.
The qualified repairs surveyors would ensure that our stock is maintained and repaired to a professional standard, rather than just best endeavours.
