Maintenance Supervisor - St. Louis

About the role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure our property is safe, welcoming, and well‐maintained. In this role, you will oversee all maintenance operations, including appearance, safety, preventative maintenance, repairs, and the make‐ready process. You will play a key role in creating a positive resident experience by keeping the property in top condition and leading your team to respond efficiently and effectively to all maintenance needs. Pay is based on experience — most team members in this role earn between $25.50–$29/hr.
