Maintenance Supervisor - Landfill

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Maintenance Supervisor - Landfill owns the execution and performance of all maintenance activities across the site. This includes heavy equipment, treatment plant systems, landfill infrastructure, maintenance systems administration, workforce leadership, site grounds, and safety and regulatory compliance. These responsibilities are equally critical and define the role. This position leads a multi-disciplinary maintenance team and is directly accountable for equipment uptime, preventative maintenance execution, repair quality, system reliability, and overall maintenance performance across the site.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Owns maintenance, repair, and uptime of all heavy equipment, including dozers, excavators, articulated trucks, and support equipment
