Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Maintenance Operations Supervise daily maintenance activities across the facility, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. Coordinate and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance schedules. Ensure prompt response to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests. Conduct routine inspections of all plant, equipment, buildings, and guest areas. Monitor the condition of assets and recommend repairs, upgrades, or replacements where necessary. Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed service levels. Team Leadership and Supervision Supervise, mentor, and support maintenance technicians, artisans, and general maintenance staff. Allocate work assignments and monitor team productivity. Provide technical guidance and assistance during complex repairs and troubleshooting activities.
