Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the reliability, safety, and operational readiness of our retail fuel station (SPBU) network.

In this role, you will lead maintenance planning and execution, manage contractors, optimize maintenance costs, oversee asset performance, and ensure compliance with HSSE standards. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime while maintaining operational excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage asset registers and maintenance history for all equipment and facilities.
2. Plan, implement, and monitor preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs.
3. Prioritize maintenance activities based on operational criticality, business impact, and cost efficiency.
