Maintenance Supervisor - FMCG

Position: Maintenance Supervisor – FMCG Location: Port Elizabeth Requirements Grade 12 Trade Tested Millwright / Electrician Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a maintenance environment within FMCG manufacturing Experience working on high-speed production lines Exposure to automated systems, PLCs, packaging equipment, and utilities Experience in food manufacturing (preferred) Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Basic proficiency in MS Office Valid driver’s license and own transport Must reside in the Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage area Must be willing to work every second weekend and perform standby duties Responsibilities Execute preventative and reactive maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime Support implementation of planned maintenance schedules and TPM initiatives Monitor equipment performance and report on downtime and recurring issues Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions Ensure availability of critical spares and assist wit...
