Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

Position: Maintenance Supervisor. Location: Moncton, New Brunswick. Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Vacancy Type: Replacement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
• Plan, organize, and align maintenance and production schedules.
• Lead daily maintenance meetings.
• Champion health and safety while driving continuous improvement, cost control, and operational excellence across the site.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules, budgets, suppliers, and contractors.
• Respond to after‑hours emergency maintenance calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial setting.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a maintenance team.
• Experience using a CMMS system (required).
