Key Responsibilities:
• Promote workplace safety and deliver health training
• Lead a high-performing mechanical maintenance team

• Maintain inventories of spare parts and equipment docs
• Coach employees to optimize performance and growth
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
