Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
Is responsible to coordinate preventive, corrective or predictive maintenance activities as appropriate at the Juárez 1 facilities.
Manages assigned maintenance resources in terms of personnel, machinery or as assigned.
Monitors and corrects problems that arise in machinery or processes and establishes solid action plans when expected performance is not achieved (downtime, quality failures, productivity, etc.).
Set daily, weekly, monthly or as appropriate compliance goals for your technicians and manage the progressive discipline process, always offering advice and guidance when there are disciplinary cases with your team of technicians.
Serves as a technical expert and proactively supports other departmental functions with the common goal of achieving site objectives.
