Spare parts procurement – reviewing technical specifications, working closely with suppliers, managing strategic spare parts and catalogue orders.

Inventory management – continuously monitoring stock levels, overseeing min‑max settings, reviewing non‑moving stock quarterly, and ensuring compliance with the defined inventory value.
