About The Role:
As a Maintenance Specialist with Victory Equipment & Services, you will play a critical role in supporting the safety, compliance, and operational performance of a fleet of more than 5,000 trailers and chassis across North America. Acting as the primary point of contact for maintenance, repair, and inspection-related matters, you will partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure fleet assets remain roadworthy, compliant, and available for service.
This is a fast-paced operations role ideal for individuals who thrive on problem-solving, customer service, and managing complex transportation equipment issues.
