Maintenance Site Supervisor - Joinery/Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with extensive joinery and project site experience to oversee post‑installation maintenance, snagging, and defect rectification for high‑end wood installations across various live construction and handover sites. This role ensures all custom joinery meets elite quality standards before and after project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Defect Management: Inspect project sites to identify logs and resolve joinery snags, alignment issues, and finish defects.
• Team Supervision: Lead and schedule a mobile team of maintenance carpenters, painters, and polishers across multiple active sites.
• Corrective Maintenance: Supervise structural repairs, hardware replacements, and surface touch-ups for custom wardrobes, doors, kitchens, and wall panels.
• Client Coordination: Meet with site consultants, project managers, and clients to sign off on completed maintenance handovers.
