Focus: The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for leading team players in the Olin Maintenance Work Process, identifying opportunities to improve the maintenance scheduling process, providing continuity with daily maintenance planning and scheduling, and optimizing maintenance across the Site.
Maintenance Scheduler Essential Job Functions:

• Provide leadership in implementing the Maintenance Work Process for the Maintenance Zone; assist the customer in understanding and adhering to the scheduling process, work with Schedulers in other Zones and Turnarounds to provide continuous daily maintenance scheduling coverage and optimize resource utilization; coach Field Planners in planning techniques.
