Maintenance & Reliability Specialist, Grain Milling

When a conveyor squeaks, a motor runs hot, or a valve won’t seat, do you lean in and figure it out? At Didion Milling, Inc., we’re seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Specialist who loves the chase—diagnosing issues, restoring performance, and designing better ways to keep our food manufacturing operations running.

You start your shift with a quick scan of overnight notes, then prioritize a PM on a critical belt system. Mid-morning, you trace a pneumatic fault to a sticky valve, rebuild it, and document the fix. Before day’s end, you propose an improvement that reduces wear on a drive chain. Every action you take directly supports uptime and product quality.

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm or 7:00am–4:00pm


• Participation in an on-call rotation


• Pay rate: $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)
