Maintenance Reliability Leader: Asset Performance

Vale Malaysia Minerals (VMM) is seeking a seasoned Leader to head the reliability and maintenance function at Seri Manjung, Perak. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of reliability engineers to analyze asset performance, drive corrective actions, and implement RCM strategies to optimize availability and productivity.

You will lead loss profile analyses, RCA/FMEA, and reliability studies, while promoting safety, risk management, and a culture of operational excellence across Vale standards.
