Maintenance Process Manager

Supports operations by ensuring proper care of facilities by managing outsourced work, resolving maintenance related items, and addressing site issues in accordance with appropriate budget, standards, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities include managing and reviewing tickets, effectively managing maintenance tickets, ensuring all tickets are properly triaged, working cross-functionally to resolve issues, creating maintenance and repair scope and schedule of work documents, providing reporting and analysis on all inspection and maintenance activities, complying with companywide initiatives, providing resource support, and supporting other cross-functional departments with special projects and requests.

Education/Certifications/Licensure: High School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree, two year technical degree or equivalent military/special electronics training experience strongly preferred.
