Summary:

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for ensuring efficient execution of maintenance work orders and optimizing processes. Reporting to the Engineering Facilities Manager, this role collaborates with Operations, Reliability, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to maintain SAP-PM system integrity and drive continuous improvement. The position plays a key role in enhancing reliability and operational efficiency.

Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage purchase orders, invoice receipts, parts procurement, and resources to ensure completion of planned maintenance

Plan work orders (routine, shutdown, etc..), efficiently breaking them down by operation line item to ensure accurate planning and communicating when ready for scheduling
