Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and shutdown activities.
- Ensure engineering and statutory compliance to maintain plant safety, reliability, and performance.
- Prioritize maintenance activities to minimize unplanned downtime and operational disruptions.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, training, and contractor resources for maintenance works.
- Act as the key liaison between Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and contractors.
- Manage daily and weekly maintenance schedules and communicate work progress updates.
- Secure maintenance windows with Production and ensure adequate resources are available.
- Maintain accurate maintenance, equipment, and calibration records.
- Analyze maintenance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide troubleshooting support and guidance to technicians.
