The Maintenance Planner & Scheduler supports maintenance operations by assisting with work order updates, scheduling communication, inventory tracking, purchasing documentation, calibration recordkeeping, and maintenance reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Receive maintenance schedules from supervision and update work order system as directed.
+ Enter and update work orders in CMMS (eMaint or similar) as assigned.
+ Provide status updates on assigned work orders to Maintenance Manager.
