Maintenance personnel

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and ventilation work as needed to ensure that the hotel can provide a safe environment for staff and guests.

• Follow the priority order for maintenance activities as assigned by the Director of Security and/or his/her supervisors.

• Inform management of any insufficient stock of spare parts to ensure the building’s uninterrupted operation.

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of equipment and the building structure.

• Monitor the facility’s energy consumption on a daily basis.
