About this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of essential systemssuch as plumbing, electrical, heating, and ventilation.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and addressthem promptly.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all maintenance work areas, ensuringcompliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the procurement of maintenance supplies, equipment, and materials necessary forongoing operations.
