We’re looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our Property & Facilities team, supporting multiple services across the region. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our buildings are safe, compliant, and comfortable for the people we support.
What you’ll be doing
Carrying out a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks
(including plumbing, joinery, decoration, minor electrical work and general repairs)
Completing fire safety, legionella and compliance checks to ensure our services meet legal standards
Providing excellent customer service to Service and Operations Managers across the region
