Maintenance

The Maintenance role in our nonprofit organization focuses on ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. Key duties include routine tasks such as changing filters and lightbulbs, as well as supporting event logistics through setup and breakdown activities. This position typically works from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, contributing directly to the smooth operation of our events and daily functions.

Responsibilities

• Change filters and lightbulbs to maintain operational equipment and facility lighting
• Set up event spaces including tables, chairs, and equipment
• Break down event setups and restore spaces to their original condition
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to support overall facility functionality
• Coordinate with event staff to ensure timely preparation and cleanup
