JOB DESCRIPTION Lead a team of facilities associates and porters. Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance with Facilities Manager. Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
