**JOB SUMMARY:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform day‑to‑day facility repairs, support tenant and common‑area maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained shopping center environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, flooring, and irrigation.
+ Repair/maintain doors, windows, locks, gates, fencing, roofing, concrete, and pool/spa areas.
+ Support apartment turns, including make‑ready prep and move‑in/move‑out inspections.
+ Complete service requests promptly and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure tools/equipment are in proper condition.
+ Identify major repair needs and correct unsafe conditions immediately.
+ Follow all safety procedures, use PPE, and comply with federal/state/local regulations.
+ Participate in on‑call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
