**Job Description**
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment to ensure continuous and efficient production operations. This role focuses on performing preventive and predictive maintenance, implementing technical solutions, and supporting manufacturing process improvement initiatives in a high-volume, regulated environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues on production and packaging machinery.
+ Maintain and repair conveyors, photo eye sensors, packaging equipment, labelers, cappers, fillers, pumps, valves, and other industrial equipment.
