Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities Apply a wide variety of operation and repair techniques for mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems and equipment in order to perform repairs, adjustments, maintenance, assembly and disassembly of industrial and/or medical equipment. Modifies new and refurbished ISO shelters and MILVANS in accordance with the customer's statement of work. Check for loose connections, faulty insulation and other defects to make repairs as needed. Test electric circuits and equipment to identify defects and extent of repair required. Install and tests a variety of medical equipment. Prepares shop drawing and parts lists for the use of shop personnel and prepares complete blueprints and plans for customer approval.
