**Maintenance Mechanic Lead – 2nd Shift | Food Manufacturing**
**Join a growing food manufacturing company as a Maintenance Mechanic Lead on 2nd Shift!** We're looking for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, food manufacturing experience, and the ability to lead and support a team. **What You'll Do**
+ Lead and support Maintenance Technicians on 2nd shift.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
+ Work with high-speed packaging equipment and power transmission systems.
+ Assist with PLC troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, and new installations.
+ Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using a CMMS/iPad.
