**Maintenance Technician (Mechanical/Electrical) – Temp-to-Hire**

**Shift:** 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (First day: 8:00 AM orientation)
**Assignment Type:** Temp-to-Hire
**Overtime:** As needed, including potential weekends

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support plant operations through mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting expertise. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
