**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to maximize plant reliability and performance.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, motors, pumps, and related equipment.
+ Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely, effective maintenance solutions.
+ Support plant operations by completing maintenance work safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
+ Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
