Maintenance Manager (Vancouver)

JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Project Operations Manager (POM) reports to the Senior Manager of Maintenance and is responsible for directing maintenance staff, managing expenditures, and reporting on task progress and completion. The role organizes, assigns, and completes maintenance tasks for room remediation, hardening, and move‑in readiness efficiently, safely, and on schedule. It requires hands‑on carpentry, framing, drywall repair, flooring installation, basic electrical knowledge, plumbing understanding, and troubleshooting skills. The POM mentors staff, coordinates with the de‑hoarding team, pest control, and Facilities Management, and is on‑call after hours.
