Job Description
Our client is a well established successful manufacturing business based near Ballymena. They are now seeking an experience Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the smooth running of the plant and facilities.
Responsibilities:
Manage the team to achieve the maintenance and repair of plant and equipment both planned and unplanned e.g., regular maintenance of machinery, replacing parts on a planned basis, tasks being carried out efficiently etc. Fault finding analysis and recommendations to management, dealing with emergencies and unplanned problems and repairs. Comply with management systems as set out in OHSAS: 18001, ISO 90091 and ISO 14001. Communicate daily with Senior Management and team on progress.
