Your Role :

• Oversee all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
• Build, coach, and develop maintenance personnel while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Implement maintenance strategies and best practices to reduce equipment failures and increase operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate maintenance resources, spending, and project priorities to meet production and business goals.
• Manage equipment installations, facility improvements, and capital investment projects from start to finish.
• Identify and implement process, equipment, and technology enhancements that improve performance and operational efficiency.
