Maintenance Manager

**Job Description**
The **Maintenance Manager** is responsible for safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution of all maintenance within assigned areas. This role provides leadership to the Maintenance Shop Supervisors and oversees contractor performance to ensure maintenance work is executed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. The Maintenance Manager is accountable for developing and engaging employees; improving equipment reliability and asset performance; controlling maintenance costs; and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Reliability, the Maintenance Manager drives continuous improvement and fosters a culture of safety, technical excellence, and operational discipline.
