Maintenance Manager

Location: Pretoria (Head Office)
Position: Permanent
Salary: R20 000 neg depending on experience. 

Our client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair and upkeep of its head office facilities and company-owned properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards and ensuring facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities or building maintenance management.


• Experience managing commercial buildings, office facilities or corporate properties.


• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance planning and building infrastructure.


• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
