MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Title: MAINTENANCE MANAGER Location: United States-Virginia-Portsmouth Job Number: 2600023B Job Summary: Manages the daily maintenance operations of a 200 room NEXCOM Hospitality Group NHG property. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for developing organizing coordinating executing and supervising a comprehensive maintenance repair and renovation program at the site level. Provide input for short and long-range planning. - Utilizes the Property Management System PMS to access guest room information and status retrieve occupancy data and maintain out of order out or inventory guest room requirements. - Plans and schedules ongoing production-oriented work for all maintenance personnel on daily weekly monthly and quarterly basis adjusting staff levels as required to meet workload demand. - Performs various maintenance related work associated with assigned NHG Buildings.
