Maintenance Manager: Plant Reliability (Niquen)

Ferrero is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for its Hazelnut Company in Ñiquén, Chile. The role focuses on leading comprehensive maintenance management, ensuring operational continuity and equipment reliability while optimizing production processes.

The candidate should be a mechanical engineer with about 5 years of experience in production plants and strong skills in communication, people management, and problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of SAP are preferred.
