Maintenance Manager

SUMMARY A manufacturing maintenance manager oversees all aspects of machinery upkeep to ensure production lines run smoothly and safely. They will lead and train a maintenance team, schedule routine and emergency repairs, manage the maintenance budget, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. They also analyze performance data to optimize efficiency and implement strategies to prevent breakdowns. Principle Activities Establish standards and policies for pollution control, installation, modification, quality control, testing, operating procedure, inspection, and maintenance of equipment, and oversee maintenance of plant buildings. Direct maintenance of plant buildings and coordinate requirements for new designs, surveys, and maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
