Maintenance Manager Full-Time Location: Cienega de Flores, NL, Mexico
The Maintenance Manager will lead all maintenance and facilities operations within the plant, transitioning the department from a reactive to a proactive maintenance model. This role requires a strong communicator capable of partnering with cross-functional leaders, driving timely resolutions, and designing an organizational structure that separates reactive and preventive maintenance workflows with dedicated schedules.
